Granted a new regeneration cycle by the Time Lords, the Doctor's Twelfth incarnation replaced his predecessor's genial nature with a sharp, impatient and at times insensitive soul who was quick to criticize. The Twelfth Doctor may not be big on hugs but he's still brave, heroic and funny, with the ability to make jokes in the direst situation.
